This module aims to equip students with knowledge and skills for re-engineering business processes by means of technology Integration. This module is about integrating ICT into modern business activities after business process re-engineering. The focus will particularly be on word processing, spreadsheet, database, the internet, the Web, social media, and mobiles.
The content of this emphasise business processes and how these could be made more efficient with the appropriate use of technology. The focus will predominantly be on business process integration using technology. New technologies and trends will also be discussed.

Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this module is 150 hours typically comprising a mixture of scheduled learning activities and independent study. Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities. The module requires on average three/four hours of scheduled activities per week. Scheduled activities may include a combination of teacher directed learning, peer directed learning and online engagement.
