  • Factors related to Resiliency and Reluctant behaviors in children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds
  • Supervision , skilling and re-skilling of child and youth care workers

  • Processes linked to the professionalization of ‘Child and youth Development’ , ‘Community Development’ ,’ Youth Work’ and Volunteerism

  • Project manager for a National research study conducted for the National Department of Social Development on the State of Youth Work in South Africa (2009)
  • Participated in the development process of the Mini Drug Master Plan (2011) for the National Department of Social Department of Social Development ( NDSD)
  • Participated in the development process of the Social Crime Prevention Strategy (NDSD)
  • Participated in the Development of the National Plan on job creation for youth in the South Africa (2011)
