Final Year Final Semester, Fee-Paying Students

You can delay payment of your course fees for up to six months from the commencement of your final semester, if you:

  • apply before your fees are due
  • are paying full fees
  • prove you have serious financial difficulties
  • do not owe any fees from the previous semester when you apply.
  • Failure to make arrangements will result in your account being handed over to a third part for collection.

You must sign a repayment schedule and agree to the conditions.

You cannot:

  • Graduate or get an official transcript until your fees are fully paid. We can give you a letter saying you have finished your course
  • Get another fee extension if you enrol in another course.

Apply by completing and returning the fee payment extension form to Student Services.

We will email your Monash account within 5 working days to let you know if we approved your extension.
