Senior Management Programme for Innovative Leaders

Why study Senior Management Programme for Innovative Leaders

Senior executives and business leaders face numerous challenges in a world that is rapidly changing. Just think of all the technological changes, information overload, the worldwide downturn in economies and climate changes. Leaders are facing staff challenges, new customer expectations, needs and problems. Customers are becoming less loyal and more demanding. Strong stakeholder expectations are emerging on issues like management responsibility, honesty, integrity and caring for the environment. Public and private enterprises are desperately looking for quality leaders who can spearhead strategic change and ensure excellent execution of an excellent, innovative strategy.

At Monash South Africa, we believe that leadership success is linked to an innovative approach – to think new, to be different, to disrupt the status quo and to do it better. Therefore, we believe senior executives and leaders must have the knowledge and skills to encourage creativity and innovation in their enterprises or divisions, to discover what an authentic leader is, to be able to create and sustain competitiveness, to develop corporate strength by creating and adding value, to manage risk in an uncertain environment, to search for excellence, to ensure good corporate governance and ethical leadership.
