MANAGEMENT 2020 PROGRAMME FOR NEW MANAGERS

Why study Management 2020 Programme for New Managers

Many new managers are not necessarily good bosses. New managers enter into a world of uncertainty. Very often they did not receive adequate management training and lack the necessary skills.

All new managers are confronted with 3 dimensions called the 3 P’s. These are Personal, People and Performance. The Personal dimension has to do with who you are, what ‘intelligences’ you possess, what you know and can do. It’s all about your leadership style, your values, your approaches to challenges, opportunities and problems.

The People dimension is about the team, the people who report to you and how you manage and lead them. The Performance dimension is about your achievements as a manager. You are now accountable and will be judged and evaluated every day.

After completion of this short learning programme you will have gained a fusion of knowledge (theories and concepts) and experiences (skills).
