Sarah-lynn Tennant is a sessional lecturer for International Trade Law in the Master’s course of International Business at MSA. She has further obtained lecturing experience at Pearson Institute of Higher Education, the University of South Africa and the University of Johannesburg.
Sarah-lynn will graduate in 2017 with her Ph.D in Commercial Law from the University of Pretoria, where her thesis addresses the extent of a supplier’s strict liability towards a consumer when harm ensues to him/her through the use of a defective product. Her other qualifications include an LLB, LLM in banking and stock exchange law and a diploma in corporate law – all acquired through the University of Johannesburg.
As Sarah-lynn is passionate about research, writing and imparting legal knowledge, she has published a textbook (2nd) on consumer law and the law of contract, aimed at the layman; as well as articles in accredited legal journals.
