Mazanai is a lecturer and the academic co-ordinator for the Bachelor of Business Science Honours in the Department of Management, Faculty of Business and Technology at Monash South Africa.
He is passionate about teaching and research and has published research papers extensively in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Management, Entrepreneurship Education and Organisational Psychology.
He is an accredited Research Supervisor with Monash Institute of Graduate Research (MIGR) and a registered Human Resources Practitioner (HRP-Learning and Development) with the South African Board for People Practices (SABPP). He holds an M.Comm in Business Management, a B.Comm (Honours) in Business Management and B.Comm in Business Economics and Industrial Psychology from the University of Fort Hare.
In addition to his experience as an academic, Mazanai has previously worked as a business consultant and an educator. He received the MSA 2015 Early Career Research Award in recognition of his contribution towards research and supervision of postgraduate students.
