Jennifer is a Human Resource Management lecturer in the Department of Management; Monash South Africa. She holds a B.Sc Honours Degree in Human Resource Management from the Midlands State University (Zimbabwe) and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster (UK). Her research interest lies in developing an integrated framework for talent management and employee wellbeing.
Jennifer is a certified chartered HR professional, Learning & Development: SABPP and has authored several articles in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship. She is currently studying for her Ph.D in Business Management at Northwest University, Mafikeng in South Africa.
