The opportunity
The Sales Planning & Development Officer is responsible to provide sales business analysis and reporting packs, to measure the execution and implementation of sales activities and coordinate on and off campus sales events in support of delivery of the national business sales targets.

  • Support and drive the delivery of the sales targets through in market execution tracking and monitoring;
  • Develop and implement sales templates (sales reports, dashboards, customer plans, sales review);
  • Provide input into the integrated annual sales activity plan covering both domestic and international markets through joint planning involving marketing, sales and key business stakeholders;
  • Manage and coordinate all sales analytics and business reporting requirements;
  • Analyze sales spending and customer investments;
  • Help with development and coordinate Sales and Customer initiatives/plans related to on and off campus sales events;
  • Development and implementation of all promotional material and sales tools;
  • Support the sales team in delivering the divisions overall targets;

Key selection criteria:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-year relevant work experience;
  • Experience in coordinating and planning sales events;
  • Basic understanding of concepts and principles in Sales/Marketing;
  • Experience with business systems, multiple data sources and analysis.
