The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Leadership is a management development programme aimed at all managerial levels who aspire to gain the fundamental skills and knowledge necessary for successful general business management and effective leadership. It focuses specifically on the fundamentals of operations to integrate all relevant disciplines such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing into the overall operational plan of the organisation. With a strong focus on problem solving and developing leadership competencies, this qualification is designed to prepare learners for professional and or managerial roles in private, public, and development and not-profit sectors. The Postgraduate Diploma in Business Leadership will develop analytical skills, problem solving and proactive thinking.
